Mr. Violette brings nearly three decades of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic restructuring, with a proven track record of guiding small‑cap and emerging-growth companies through transitions and turnarounds.

Throughout his career, Mr. Violette has worked directly with public and private companies on capital formation, recapitalizations, and strategic initiatives to restore operational stability and shareholder confidence. As a licensed investment banker and advisor, he has led numerous transactions requiring disciplined strategic execution and practical financial oversight. His experience spans industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and natural resources, where he has consistently helped management teams reposition their companies for growth and renewed market relevance.

Mr. Violette is recognized for his ability to realign business strategy, capital structure, and investor messaging to support sustainable performance. His leadership approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and clear communication with shareholders and other stakeholders—qualities that have made him a trusted advisor in challenging, complex situations.

Mr. Violette holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Coreen Kraysler is the Chief Financial Officer of Netcapital Inc., where she leads financial strategy, reporting, and investor communications. She is a CFA Charterholder, with over 30 years of investment experience, and holds both Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Principal at Independence Investments, she managed several Morningstar 5-star rated mutual funds as well as institutional accounts and served on the Investment Committee. She also worked at Eaton Vance, as a Vice President, Equity Analyst on the Large and Midcap Value teams. A specialist in financial services, household and consumer products, she guest lectures at local colleges and universities. Coreen received a B.A. in Economics and French, cum laude, from Wellesley College and a Master of Science in Management from MIT Sloan.
